Let the batter cook for about 3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface of the batter. If using a nonstick pan, try gently sliding the pancake around; if it moves easily, it’s ready to flip. If you are not using a nonstick pan, lightly grease the frying pan before pouring in ⅓ of the pancake batter.
